US$65 clean charge applies to rentals of 4 nights or less.

Above prices are subject to 12% sales/resort tax.

A deposit of $100 per week is  required to reserve dates, balance of rental to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.  A refundable security deposit of $200 (payable with the balance of the rental) will be required against loss or damage to the home.
