SUNSET LAKES is a new gated community,  quietly off the beaten track,

  but is ideally situated just 4 miles to the west of Disney World off Highway 192. A development of luxury homes, with private  swimming pools, landscaped around two lakes. Sunset Lakes also has a community pool with cabana, childrens play area and free use of paddle boats for a leisurely tour of the lake.

The comfortable lounge and dining area are luxuriously furnished, and the home is plush carpeted throughout. Fully air conditioned. A telephone is installed in the home - all local calls are free- however long distance calls can be placed using a credit card or an international pre-paid telephone card.

The family room has comfortable lounge furniture, is equipped with colour cable television, together with a video recorder and a small selection of  videos. The large sliding windows lead out on to the pool area

The home has TWO master bedrooms. One is located on the lower level and has a king size bed, walk-in closets, large en- suite bathroom facilities, including twin vanities, bathtub and separate shower. Sliding doors open out on to the pool area.

The second master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king size bed, walk-in closets, large en-suite bathroom facilities, including twin vanities, bathtub and separate shower. Two further bedrooms both have two twin size beds in each and share the third bathroom.

There are two large bathrooms en-suite to the master bedrooms, each containing bath, shower unit and walk-in closets. A third bathroom serves the two twin bedded  rooms.A powder room is also located on the lower level.

The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook looks out over the family room. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you will require; cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, waste disposal,and dishwasher, together with crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. The seperate utility room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house has its own private heated swimming pool with fountain, which overlooks the lake. The patio area contains leisure pool furniture, sun  loungers and a gas BBQ. The whole of the porch and pool area are fully screened and enjoy the sun all day.
